has anyone ever made a complaint about walmart in tracy california?

i live in tracy and i had a bad expirience..

i went to return an item i bought there and when i returned it they said they could not take it because i was missing the manual.

i never heard such a thing.

well, i have to say, when they told me that i got really upset and i just wanted to vent out because i had to go back home and drive and waste gas just for a stupid manual.

but she could not give me a refund unless i had the manual. so she called the electronics guy and he said the same thing, then i asked to talk to a manager, i told the gal i dont have the manual, she said, i must have it for them to give me a refund. i was so upset. so i knew i was not going to go anywhere, it was only 38 bucks, and it $38 is not worth arguing about. so i went home and started to look for the stupid manual and found it, i got my money back.

i shop there and i dont like that they are pigeons trapped you can see some dead birds there i wish they would remove that net they have.

i know about the birds there. when i take my 5 year old and she sees all the birds trapped in the nets she asked me to free them, but im disapointed because i can't. i guess thats better than putting those spikes. i think spikes are not humane. i always see walmart as a good company, i hope the come up with a good solution about their pigeouns issue without harming all those birds :(

you should not have arguer with anyone, when you bought the item it came with a manual therefore you should return the same way you bought it to receive your money back. walmart is a business not the red cross. the time it took you arguer you would have drove to your house and return with plenty of time to do whatever you needed to do, it seems to me that you are somewhat irresponsible and unfair with your criticism of walmart and how they do business.
